    Taro Okamoto

Taro Okamoto (February 26, 1911 - January 7, 1996) was a Japanese artist noted for his abstract and  avant-garde paintings and sculpture.
One of his most famous works, Tower of the Sun, became the symbol of  Expo '70 in  Osaka, 1970.
Now, in celebration of the Tower of the Sun's 40th anniversary, Kaiyodo has released this 1/350 reproduction in soft vinyl!
From its metallic-finished face on top that represents the future, down through its white face symbolizing the present in front and black face representing the past in back.
It is already high price in the auction!
